I felt I had to leave a review. I have never, ever dealt with such an amazing company.

First involvement was to update details on a relative’s insurance policy – this was dealt with correctly and very swiftly. Sadly, only a few weeks later that insurance policy had to be utilised following my relative’s sad passing.
Heshmon was assigned as our dedicated funeral director. Wow, what a proper gentleman – both in the traditional sense and in the sense of being a genuinely gentle/kind chap. I have never felt so much that I was “working together” with someone, both pulling in the same direction for a common goal yet not stepping on each other’s toes. Heshmon was absolutely there every time I needed him, and very gently prodding me where needed to make sure deadlines were met etc. whilst quietly doing a significant amount of work in the background and explaining to me things I had no prior knowledge/understanding of. Absolutely felt he “got” me, understood the way I like to work and accommodated that 100%. Was a pleasure to meet at the funeral where his sympathetic and kind demeanour continued.

Absolutely could not have got through without Heshmon’s work, help and support. Massively grateful. Excellent company and fabulous individual funeral director.
